Ideas for the Binding Machine: (I’m addicted to laminating)
    1) Children’s work: Art, Stories, Monthly Calendars,
    2) Things to Read: Poems, Songs, Bible Verses
    3) Things to Do: Laminate worksheets, then bind them and use a wipe off pen and sock
    4) Memory Books: Photos, “school’ pictures
    5) Interactive Reading: Laminate phonics ebooks and let your student find and circle letters, blends, digraphs, heart words, etc…
    6) Rebind/Organize my faves
Ooh, so many ideas, so little space :)

I am not entering but I wanted to comment. My “baby” entered vocational school this past fall so I no longer have as much need for a tool like this. I used a different one for many things in my homeschool, though. I made left handed and top bound notebooks and workbooks for my left handed child. I created notebooks and workbooks for my right handed child. I made copywork books using beautiful journaling pages that I found online. I made timeline books, a.k.a. “book of centuries.” I made planners for both of my youngest children including making planners when they went off to school. You could also use this instead of making lapbooks with file folders you could make using card stock and bind them.

I love the crafty classroom! I have gotten so much helpful information that I will utilize during our first year of homeschool. I am obsessed with organizing and keeping everything neat & tidy. I have been looking at binding machines for a long time & I would love to be able to bind instead of having binders out the wazoo for everything I like to keep seperated :-)

It seems a binding machine would rank right up there with a laminater, three-hole punch, and heavy-duty stapler. This would be a wonderful thing, and would eliminate all of the 3-ring binders/folders I have stashed all over.

A binding machine would be put to great use in my classroom. I would use it to bind my 25 student workbooks. I have paid for this service in the past and it can be very expensive. With a personal binding machine I can save money and time. It would be beneficial to me and my student.

I have wanted one of these for so long! I have a ton of items set aside for binding now. The first is a cursive writing book. We use a literature based reading curriculum. I would love to make the books spiral bound for easy reading and to stop my son from reading too far ahead of himself. That’s about 20 items for binding by itself. Oh! It would also be great to bind old bills and homeschool information and papers for a year at a glance. I think I will spare you all my thoughts and just say; I have a lifetimes worth of binding.

My family and I just packed up everything we had and moved from California to North Carolina. We landed at 7 pm on Dec 31. Oh was it an adventure of a lifetime and one that I want to capture in (several) books. Before we left Carolina I purchased the bird and state Ebooks (from the Crafty Classroom) and plan to finish those up soon. What a treasure it would be to have my boys remember those 6 months with a book that we create together. We are back in California now and knowing we need to be amongst Gods glorious creation & are taking this next journey with a firm foundation in who God is in our lives. Thanks for this giveaway opportunity, it makes our pictures and drawings and writings about our adventure into a book that we can share with others.

What a great giveaway! Thank you for thinking of all the teachers. I am a Sunday School Teacher’s aide. Awesome gift for the teacher’s classroom. I have noticed that the children’s (3 to 6yrs.) song books were bound with a similar machine some 15 yrs. + ago. Time to freshen those up and many other works that the teacher has. Again thank you for your thoughtfulness.
