Puffy paint is another kind of texture paint that is useful for Dioramas and Expressive Art. This paint dries with a soft, raised texture similar to the puff paint you can purchase in the store. Consider adding in food coloring or even a pinch of tempura paint to change the color….just be careful with clothing!
Materials:
- Shaving Cream
- White Glue
- Measuring Cup
Step 1
Decide how much paint you want to make.
Step 2
For our project we will be using 1/4 Cup
Step 3
Use an equal amount of Shaving Cream, so for us 1/4 Cup as well.
Step 4
Put your glue and your shaving cream into your mixing container and mix it up!
Step 5
Be sure and get the glue and shaving cream equally whipped up together.
Step 6
Your Puffy Paint is ready to use! White makes a good color for snow, or add in different colors with food coloring.
