Thursday is Home EC’ day at our house, and it’s a day of the week that is anticipated by many greedy little children who seem to flock around the kitchen instead of staying at their desks like good little homeschoolers.

I DID IT!
I’m totally done.

It feels SOOOOOO Good.
Since this was my second year picking out homeschool curriculum, I really feel like I know what I’m doing.

Oh, I just love the days when we find good books that fill a need in our classroom.
