Everything went flawlessly, I added some pretty lace at the bottom:

I was beaming with pride as she chose to wear it to Church.
Then on the heels of all my glory, I made this:

I can be such a dork sometimes.
It’s a bulgy mess….
What do you think….is there any hope for this disaster of a skirt?
I’m tempted just to cut the argyle off and start over.

Can you iron the seams into submission? Maybe with lots of seam?
But, yeah I’d probably just take the argyle off, it’d be easier.
Could you find some wide ribbon in one of the colors from the argyle and cover the bulges? Just one idea. I like the fabric!
add wide lace and trim ribbon two thirds up on the khaki? Let it lay just below the argyle? just a thought…
